No. All amounts exclude VAT. Institutions in Spain pay 21%; those elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number use the reverse charge; those outside the EU are not charged Spanish VAT. The quote applies the right treatment for the country.
Yes. In the configurator you choose euros or US dollars. In dollars, each price is converted from the euro price list at the European Central Bank reference rate of the day, rounded to the dollar and fixed for the 30-day validity of the quote.
Development and customisation with your branding, connection to your library system and institutional login, web services, publication on the App Store and Google Play, and testing through to production. Unlimited users and languages included; the quote is adjusted to your libraries and sites.
From the day the app goes live, not from the purchase date. It is invoiced once a year, from €3,600 + VAT, or the whole contracted term upfront at a discount if you prefer.
From the quote you request the order, no sign-up needed; we send you the contract and the invoice, payable by bank transfer. Public universities can follow their own procurement procedure.
The check tells you before you buy. If anything is unclear, we validate the integration with your vendor before charging anything; if it is ruled out, there is no charge.
